Makura Farm Located in Zichron Yaakov not far from Haifa, Makura Farm is a leader in the Israeli organic farm movement producing outstanding olive oil, olives and more.

Kibbutz Neot Semadar 
Located in the southern Negev not far from Eilat, Neot Semadar is another leader in the organic farm sector. The kibbutz produces a wide range of gourmet food including olives, wine and cheeses.

Hadiklaim
Date Growers' Cooperative. The cooperative is made up of kibbutzim and moshavim in the Jordan River Valley.

Es-sense 
The Es-sense soap studio in Ein Carem right outside Jerusalem produces high quality soaps and other cosmetics. Professional artisanal soap makers work with and train adults and high school students with autism.  

Lin’s Bee farm
For more than 25 years, the Lin family apiary has produced outstanding honey and honey-based products. The home farm is a little south of Tel Aviv but the family tends hives around the country.

Beit Yitzak Preserves.
Based on Moshav Beit Yitzak near Natanya, Beit Yitzak Preserves is a family owned company with 20 employees that uses a large about of fruit from nearby citrus farms.

Kibbutz Ein-Harod
Located in the Jezreel Valley, the kibbutz has long operated one of the largest and best apiaries in Israel. Below are three generations of the Sorkin family of Kibbutz Ein Harod.

 

Tishbi Winery. Located in Zikron Yaakov along the northern coast in one of the most fertile parts of the country, the Tishbi Winery has been in operation since 1888.
